Delete your 5Bloc account

You can delete your 5Bloc account at any time, from the 5Bloc app for iOS and Android or from the website. 5Bloc is operated by 5Bloc Inc..

In the app

1. Open the 5Bloc app and sign in.
2. Go to Menu → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at 5bloc.com.
2. Open Settings → Profile.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email contact@5bloc.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and account, on every device.
• Your profile: name, email, phone and photo.
• Your marketplace listing, if you have one.
• Your notification and integration settings.

What stays

Projects belong to the firm or team that runs them. Drawings, RFIs, messages and invoices you added to a shared project stay with that team so their records are complete, but your name is removed from them. Invoices and payment records may be kept for as long as tax law requires. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
